Richard D., a minor, appeals from an order of the superior court in a juvenile proceeding under section 602 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, declaring him a ward of the court and committing him to a camp program. Subsequent to the filing of this appeal, the juvenile court entered an order reading as follows: "Camp Community Placement Order Terminated. Case Dismissed." Based on that order, the Attorney General has asked us to dismiss the appeal. For the reasons set forth below, we deny that motion and affirm the order.
